As long as the two cables are not broken, the product seems to work as required.

Perfect MacBook Pro Charger

I forgot to bring my charger on a week long business trip. Fortunately for me, Best Buy was there with the genuine Apple MagSafe Charger for my 2016 MacBook Pro.

The charger you need

The Best Buy one seemed to have a heavier duty cord than the one that came with the computer -- a little surprise and a nice bonus.

This is a replacement

It doesn’t look like they reinforce the new ones so we will see how it lasts.

Great to have one for work

Rather than having to remember to bring my charger back and forth, I have purchased a second one for work. I keep it at my desk so that I am always "charged up" and ready to go.

Bought as 2nd unit for office

It is intentionally made with magnetic connection so the cable will not pull your laptop into floor in accident. Works great for me.

Works well but WAY TOO expensive

However, it's fro an older model Macbook and if I'd had the time for shipping I might have bought a counterfeit knockoff from Ebay. Once gain, I wish there was a "kinda" category for recommending to friend.
