For those wondering, this item does come with the extension so you don't have to buy an extra one. As for the item itself, it works like it's supposed to so no problem there.

I picked this up to use as a spare for my new 13" retina MacBook Pro and it's been perfect so far. I wish it was backwards compatible with MagSafe 1 but I can't complain about that.

This charger is exactly what I needed. I have bought it before and knew it would work.

This charger replaced the old one, it works perfectly, just hate that it'd so expensive. Wish apple could give everyone a break. But it does work perfeftly fine.

Heavy duty cable. Much better than regular apple cable that came with my laptop. Much longer as well. Works great.

I burnt up my last one by accidentally leaving in a pillow on top of the brick. That one overheated and melted. This was purchased as a replacement. Lesson learned, definitely need good ventilation when the brick is charging the laptop.

Works great until it simply burns out apparently. I've had this happen to me a couple times over the years with these power adapters. What else can I say about it? If you need it you need it, there's not really an alternative I'd trust to charge my MacBook Pro.

Great power supply for Mac book pro. Left mine at home and found a Best Buy close to where we were, and purchased it. Now I have one at home and one in the RV.

i shouldn't really have to replace a power adaptor after just over a year of use. the cable needs to be more robust. apart from them not lasting very long - they work well

This product was exactly what I needed. Plus, I had originally purchased the incorrect item. Customer service was perfect when I returned the incorrect and purchased this one!

The MagSafe II power adapter is fantastic — the magnetic connection is fantastic, and it doesn't have the unfortunate L-shape of the MagSafe I adapter. Unfortunately, there are no adapters available to allow you to use this adapter with older MacBooks (the connector is shaped differently).

This was an open box item that I bought to replace one that the dog had eaten. Item was in excellent condition, just as described, and works perfectly.

I have bought aftermarket chargers for my MacBook and they are ok, but the MagSafe-like connectors never work as well as the real Apple chargers.

I purchased the 8 inch B & W ceiling speakers from Best Buy. The price was great and the assistance by the staff was fantastic! I would highly recommend these products

Overall I was frustrated because this was my third charger, but the construction of their generation of MacBook chargers does seem to be better.

I left my original cord at a hotel so had to buy a replacement. Of course, it works great but I think the price is outrageous. I suppose there's not much you can do when you need it though... just have to pay whatever they charge.

I was happy to be assisted in finding what I needed. It was the correct adapter for my laptop.

I needed a second adapter for travel use. My only compaint about these adapters is that after several years of wrapping the power cord up, it can fail where the wire exits the adapter.

Being owned by the MacMafia means that I have no choice but to spend an excessive amount of money on their accessories. Luckily Best Buy had this in stock when my parents' cat ate my power cord during a visit... saved the day.
