Works great until it simply burns out apparently. I've had this happen to me a couple times over the years with these power adapters. What else can I say about it? If you need it you need it, there's not really an alternative I'd trust to charge my MacBook Pro.

So far so good. It was great that Best Buy priced matched it to a mojito online retailer and I saved $15! Excellent customer service

The MagSafe II power adapter is fantastic — the magnetic connection is fantastic, and it doesn't have the unfortunate L-shape of the MagSafe I adapter. Unfortunately, there are no adapters available to allow you to use this adapter with older MacBooks (the connector is shaped differently).

I burnt up my last one by accidentally leaving in a pillow on top of the brick. That one overheated and melted. This was purchased as a replacement. Lesson learned, definitely need good ventilation when the brick is charging the laptop.

Great power supply for Mac book pro. Left mine at home and found a Best Buy close to where we were, and purchased it. Now I have one at home and one in the RV.

These things go bad way too quick. The material on the cable is horrible and starts corroding after a few months. Apple designs their products to fail.

I left my original cord at a hotel so had to buy a replacement. Of course, it works great but I think the price is outrageous. I suppose there's not much you can do when you need it though... just have to pay whatever they charge.

i shouldn't really have to replace a power adaptor after just over a year of use. the cable needs to be more robust. apart from them not lasting very long - they work well

This was an open box item that I bought to replace one that the dog had eaten. Item was in excellent condition, just as described, and works perfectly.

I have bought aftermarket chargers for my MacBook and they are ok, but the MagSafe-like connectors never work as well as the real Apple chargers.

Heavy duty cable. Much better than regular apple cable that came with my laptop. Much longer as well. Works great.

Best laptop chargers on the market. Hands down you cannot beat the design of the MagSafe chargers.

Its an additional AC adapter that you have to get for your macbook. Way more expensive than it should be. Do note you can get the original MagSafe AC plug and buy the magsafe 2 adapter to use on a newer macbook.

Overall I was frustrated because this was my third charger, but the construction of their generation of MacBook chargers does seem to be better.
