    Apple generally makes good quality products that feel good in hand, but I’ve gone through 3 of these and have all stopped working, but when they do work they’re good.

    It always goes bad after a few months. I don’t know if it’s just my outlets, or it just does this but it always goes out so quick. I constantly have to replace them.

    Charger doesn’t come with cord or in description say you need to purchase a cord for it. The older chargers for MacBook Pro had cord attached.

    Works well with my dying old macbook pro 13 (2016). Mine originally needed 67W charger, but the charging keeps on and off with my original charger. The higher watts seems to help the issue.

    There were to options for the Open Box item - an Excellent condition and a poor condition. I order the Excellent condition and got the Poor condition. Returned it immediately.

    Ordered an open box of this model and when i receoved the product it had a 61w charger in the box. Box and all pamphlets were for the 96w. Now i have to wait to get my refund and find some where else to buy a charger
