    When I bought my new MacBook Pro I knew I would need a additional charger for a spot other than my office where I use my computer. So I bought a additional unit. I would pay attention to what you buy. It turns out that the 16” MacBook Pro takes a higher wattage unit than the one that was sold to me originally and it’s $20 more but worth it so pay attention to this if you have the 16” model.

    There are so many other options out there that are smaller and lighter and cheaper that can support even 100W. This is a quality charger, but at this point, it seems that you're really just paying for the apple logo.

    This is a heavy duty charger. I would not recommend this for any MacBook Air, only the MacBook Pro series laptops. It charges quickly and has lasted but I’ve noticed that it’s started to reverse charge my MacBook Pro after a year of use.
