I believe the heads are too large (at least for me). Very frustrating when the fall out and I have to stop to look for them!

Great prices for good products

Previously I bought a MacBook Air and recently AirPods (3rd generation). The other plus is that there is a Best Buy only 10 minutes away from where I live whereas the closes Apple store is 30 minutes away.

So much that I am getting one for my wife since she is always using them. As far delivery it was a challenge since the drivers kept canceling my order because they couldn't find my address and wouldn't call until the last driver did it. I had to order this 3 times.

Unable to get resolution for defectiveness.

However it was impossible to get a resolution with the protection plan. Sonwe had to put it away and purchased a new one. Kind of disappointing.

Bigger than Airpods 2

My ears hurt after 1 hour of usage. Also, a case is less comfortable than AirPods 2. It's bigger, and headphones insert position is weird.

I had to keep readjusting them so they would not fall out. I returned them. The sound is great but it’s not worth possibly losing one.

Terrible quality.

All of them died. First one mic died, second one same problem. And last one 3rd generation left AirPod died within 5-6 months…never get AirPods. Left one not recognizing in case and not charging.

I prefer these over the Pros as the rubber tip is a little odd. I did have problems with the left earphone not charging the same as the right but seems to be fixed with the latest firmware update.

Mainly bought to workout with since it fits in my pocket so easily, but not the best. Easy dislodge from ear so that disappoint. But besides everyday use good.

Airpods but larger

For the money, they supposedly offer more perks such as water resistance, but I’ll take the smaller, better fitting Gen 2 Airpods over these any day.
