I do direct sales and spend alor of time answering calls. These buds are a lifesaver, specially that I can literally just ask Siri to call or text someone for me. Love them.

You need to have right ear size to fit them

I had to return them to get the airpods pro and paid the difference. I think you need to have the correct ear dimensions for these airpods.

Got at em at a discount so that bumped it up to a 4 star. Its not mine so it loses 1 star. It was a bit difdicult to understand the differences between the pros and these generations as a non Apple person. But an employee there was able to help me out.
