    Purchased wrong AirPods as a birthday present. Returned the AirPods unopened 3 weeks after purchase. Only hunger store credit. No exceptions are to 14 day policy for full refund. Gibson was very unhelpful. Buyer beware.

    They definitely need to include directions for people. Not everyone is technologically advanced. I had to YouTube how to synch these to my device and how to use them. For the high price line instructions should be included
