    The sound quality is great! My only complaint is the part that goes in your ear isn’t snug enough, it slips out of the ear sometimes.

    Upgraded from the 1st gen. Wish these were the exact same shape and the 1st. I have small ears and they tend to come out sometimes.

    Man... The 2nd gens were way better. They fit better too. I mean yes these are okay. I understand, but they don't hold in the sound as the old ones. I guess to "protect" your hearing... I LITERALLY DO NOT CARE! GIVE ME BETTER BASS NEXT TIME. Also I wouldn't recommend if you have small ears. These things hurt after like 30min. But again, they are okay. Not the worst. Just def not the best. Love you though best buy! <33
