The team at the location I visited was great! Walked in, immediately was asked if I needed help. Got the helped I need, and was all set. Walked in and walked out within 5-7 minutes. Plus, I love my new airpods. So much better than the old generation. I can hear and people can hear me over the phone.

Item doesn’t have the soft silicone end but are still pretty comfortable. I have been very pleased with sound quality. No one has complained of back ground noise. So far happy!

These AirPods connect quickly and have very clear sound. Using a single AirPod is great for calls where I need to be aware of my surroundings. Using both keeps the noise out for important calls and meetings. They’re getting daily use at work and home.

I ordered the AirPods 4 online and everything went super smooth. Shipping was fast, and setup was super easy right out of the box. I lost my old AirPods, but honestly, these sound better and fit more comfortably. No noise cancellation, but they still do a good job blocking out background noise. Really happy with the upgrade!
