They worked good for the first 7-8 months. Then I started to have connectivity issues so I would always have to factory reset. Now they don’t work anymore or won’t connect. Mind you they have never been dropped exposed to water anything. They will stop working and then at one point of time I was able to play music but I could control it from the headphones only the device.

The sound quality is great, however they are very fragile. Highly suggest investing in protective gear for them.

I would recommend it if only you’re using an iphone, connectivity, battery and noise cancellation is one of the best but sound quality is just ok. Sound is clean and clear but it doesn’t give you the cinema feeling sound nor the music vibe.

Yes… I’d rather have USB - C, but I can deal with a lightning port if it saves me $170 (on sale). These look great, they are super comfortable, noise cancellation is top notch, and they sound awesome. The bra like case leaves a lot to be desired, and at full retail, their certainly expensive, but theres no doubt, they are one of the most premium headphones you can buy.

Got it for someone as a gift and they really loved it but the noise canceling on the headphones can feel uncomfortable.

I love the noise cancellation. I get distracted by everything so this is great. The noise is great, I do wish the battery life was better I believe it’s only 20 hours. If there is something I could say about the AirPod maxs is needing more color. The “pink” that they have is hardly pink. A baby pink would be so cute. A lot of girl would pay so much money for a baby pink head phones.

These are top of the line headphones, there's no doubt about that. The sound is incredible, along with the clarity, bass, spatial audio, you name it. There's nothing to complain about when it comes to quality. Setup takes minutes. Battery life is pretty good (could be a little better in my opinion). The comfort is top notch. I have small head so for these headphones to fit and feel secure is a miracle. I only wish they'd come down in price a bit to better compete with Sony. Slightly overpriced and the possibility for better battery life is the only reason for 4 stars. They are sleek and stylish if you care about that sort of thing. I bought the Sony WH-100XM5's first because of the lower price point and nearly identical quality comparison and returned them ultimately because you have to pay a monthly subscription to enjoy spatial audio (lame). I enjoy these Apple's better because they sync easier obviously and spatial audio is included (that's definitely a perk). Ultimately, if you have the deep pockets for these, buy them. It's worth it.

I love my APM. The noise cancelling is amazing. I live in a city and right down a busy and loud street and can go to sleep with these on and hear nothing. No complaints.

A gift for my daughter! These headphones are crazy good! The sound quality had my jaw on the ground. I already have a hard time getting her to hear me but with these things it just made it 10 times worse LOL. These block out all the sound around you. The battery life is on point also. She loves them so much, I might get some for myself.

There are an abundance of reviews on the AirPods Max, so in this review I do not go through the usual attributes, but rather focus on specific items/issues. Hope this helps. When you (a prospective buyer) are here, it’s likely that you have already done your research, and that you are set to buy it but might have some reservations. Yes, the aesthetic, sound, functionality, and build quality are awesome. Phone call quality is phenomenal. Just deal with the case or buy another one from a 3rd party. Let me address certain issues that many of us might have concerns: 1) Battery drain. Yes, it was an issue. The root cause appears to be the old firmware which causes the APX not to be (or at least consistently) in sleep mode when placed in the case and likely connected via Bluetooth or constantly trying to look for connected device(s). After the firmware update, the issue was reasonably resolved — please do not expect it to not lose less than 3% over a span of 12 hours. 2) Connectivity issue. In an ideal situation, when an APX is taken out of the case and put on one’s head, there are a visual indicator and subsequently an audible indicator that the APX is connected to a mobile device (e.g., an iPhone). Indeed, the sound is output to the APX from the mobile device’s source. However, at times, the sound indicator is present, with or without the visual indicator, and the APX is not connected to the mobile device. I have to manually connect the APX. After multiple resets, this issue appears to be mitigated, and only happens once awhile. 3) Weight & moisture/heat. After wearing for an extended period of time, there’s moisture and heat built up over the ears, probably due to the mesh material. For me, neither the weight nor the built-up moister/heat is a contributing factor in causing unbearable discomfort. In deed it’s very comfortable to wear. To some, I could see that the built-up moister/heat could cause discomfort. A brief removal of the APX could likely help mitigate the moisture/heat issue. 4) Observation—automatic music resumes. With the auto head detection’s being turned on, when the APX is taken off/removed, music pauses and will resumes upon sensing that the APX is put back on your head over the ears. However, I observed that the music is paused and can be automatically resumed only if the APX is removed no longer than 15 seconds. If there are more than 15 seconds, resume functionality needs to be manually activated. In brief, it’s a great wireless headphone at its price range with a few nuisances that not only can be mitigated, but are substantially outweighed by the positive attributes.

When people say the sound quality of these headphones are good, it's true. I love the ease of use and connectivity which makes it hassle-free. The noise cancelling mode does its job and makes for the perfect accessory when travelling or studying. There are a lot of different modes which is great for customizing to your wants and needs. They're super comfortable too and can be worn literally all day without any discomfort. Only complaint I have is that they feel a bit heavy and ride down my forehead when I do tedious activities but other than that, I don't have any problems with it! However, they are a bit pricey and there are other headphones worth taking a look at when it comes to price.

Love my head phones. I got the silver color and I buy different color silicone covers off of Amazon. Best choice ever! They’re great and aesthetically pleasing!!

Some of my Favorite Headphones. Only issue comes if you are going to be using the product for more moving stuff I have noticed they tend to wobble on my head. idk if its cause of the size of my head but other than that they are awesome. After each use, you have to put them back into the case to make sure they turn off. I had kept mine off for a bit and sometimes the bluetooth is a bit iffy. Might be the sensor but I'm not sure. Sound quality is amazing, really feels like the music/video is right in front of you.

I use these EVERY day. And surprisingly, the silver pair aren’t hard to clean! I love how the fabric cushion detaches from the headphones- and I use a drop of clear, liquid laundry detergent and water to clean them like once a month (I get makeup stains). I WFH and wear these for hours on end- no other headphones last that long on my head without pain and headaches! I do not know what I would do without them!
