Ordering process was easy though they came paired to the original owners setting rather than factory reset. That was slightly irritating having to figure out how to reset them upon arrival. Satisfied otherwise.

If you can afford it and just want to show off then it’s for you. They’re kinda lame and have no bass really.

Order my new Max pro and got an open box one. Didn’t realize until i got home. Still got charged for new ones. The inconvenience of having to go back to Best buy to return them.

I had them for one year and one side won’t connect and every now and then when walking away from them they would disconnect and reconnect constantly

I was unable to pair the headphones to my device because it was paired to someone else’s Apple ID. Product was described as excellent. I spent ten minutes on the phone with Total Tech and they could not help me so I returned in store. The clerk who assisted me was told I could not return them because they were paired go an Apple ID, thus unreturnable. It took some time but they eventually accepted my return after I showed them evidence such as screen shots. A huge hassle. HUGE.

So I gave this 2 stars due to the quality of the sound and the look of the headphones… but after wearing them for 2 hours, my head feels like it’s starting to get crashed. Ha sounds a bit dramatic maybe but I have readjusted them to sit at different parts of my ears. And to be frank; this is a quality luxury gift for a child, young adult, or smaller human. As a person with an average size head, I will be returning these and probably getting something cheaper than almost $500. As a fellow apple user - I reeeeeally wanted to like them, but after trying them out for a few days. I’m ready to get something more comfortable and affordable…

The perfect head phones for iPhone... except, for me at least after a 2hr listing period there’s sweat underneath the ear cups. Good thing I got apple care. I think imma end up using it for one reason or another.

They damaged in 1 year!!! Will not be recommending!! I love the noise cancelation, comfort and sound quality but wow not working in a year? Also they do become pretty dirty fast. In the image I attached you can see it.

I really wanted to love these considering I'm an Apple guy. This purchase was supposed to complete my Apple Ecosystem. Unfortunately I returned them after 6 days. I don’t t like that they don’t shut down. I finally charged them to 100%. Used them for a little under 2 hours in 3 days so I had them in the Smart Case that’s supposed to keep them in Ultra Low Power Mode. Went to use them last night and they were at 53%. Too much money for a device to have to worry about it being charged.

Awesomely cool AirPods Max headphones simultaneously wireless connectivity to all things as my Ipad Pro Apple Iphone Pro Max as well as other stuff too. Great sound clarity so smooth an rich, they are really worth it not just hype.

The best for noise transparency and easy handoff between devices. I love these headphones so much! I highly recommend them if you want the easiest user experience, right behind the Anker Q45 as the budget option.

I bought these in a whim while always seeing them around ive always bought either sony or bose headphones and decided to tey something new these are great they are so clear and the noise cancelling is top tier

not so good, REALLY heavy and annoying.they hurt your head after a while. better off with a sony, (i’ve had both)

No, it doesn’t work for me! Too heavy for my head and the noise canceling option makes me headaches! The headphones itself also put too much pressure into my skull I barely could use it at gym !

Very very good headphones. Sound is amazing!! Wish I would have bought them sooner. If your into music like I am then these headphones are for you.

The price aside, these are the best headphones I’ve used, Period. I love the inter connectivity with other Apple products, ie iPhone and iPad.

Love how comfy these headphones are!! Most headphones I’ve tried have a “suction” feeling which makes my head hurt. But these don’t!!
