Great product. The sound is great and the battery last for about 4 hours.

While these earphones may not be the latest model, they still very much hold up to the demands of everyday commuting work usage. Audio quality is crystal clear, and never had an issue while talking to others on the phone. Noise cancellation works wonders when waiting for the train. Transparency is fantastic if I want to bike home and be aware of my surroundings. Overall, would still recommend to people.

I was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable employee in the computer department named Josh. He did a fantastic job and if you need advice you can trust, look for the guy with red hair and glasses. He really knows his stuff. I bought these for my wife because I’ve owned a pair of AirPods Pro for a while now, and love them. I let her try mine after she expressed her dissatisfaction with a cheap, uncomfortable set of Bluetooth earbuds that don’t stay in when she smiles. She didn’t want to spend the amount of money I paid for mine. She regrets wasting money on a cheap brand that are basically useless and uncomfortable. When she tried my AirPods Pro earbuds, she was blown away by the comfort, noise-cancellation, pass-through, and how well they stay in her ears. She also loved the sound quality. If you’re considering which version of AirPods to buy, let me assure you these are the way to go. I owned the first generation AirPods and they were uncomfortable and a joke compared to my AirPods Pro. I even wear mine when I sleep. You get what you pay for. Never cheap out on technology. It almost always ends in disappointment.
