Not worth upgrading

Personally can’t tell the difference but maybe my callers can. I find the ear piece too cumbersome & large even after changing out the ear inserts to the smallest. I also get some occasional interference with this set that I never get with my gen 1 AirPods. I didn’t return them because I missed the 14day return period.
