Been buying AirPods since they came out, they just get better and better! Super comfortable, and don’t fall out of my ears during workouts/runs.

Was at the gym and decided to buy some headphones. Walked into Best Buy and was told that these were the best headphones out on the market. They were in fact right.

I recently purchased an Apple AirPods 2 (Open Box: Excellent Condition) from a BestBuy store, expecting a complete product as advertised. To my disappointment, the medium-size ear tip set, which is the default attachment, was missing from the box. The label “excellent condition” strongly implies that all original accessories should be included. However, that was not the case. When I brought this to the attention of the store staff and contacted customer care, I was met with excuses and no resolution. They were unable to replace the item with another open box unit in excellent condition, which left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. Eventually, I had to purchase the missing tips separately from the Apple Gallery, which added unnecessary cost and inconvenience. This experience raises serious concerns about BestBuy’s quality control and advertising practices. If essential parts are missing, how can the product be honestly sold as “excellent condition”? This feels like false advertising and a breach of customer trust. To be clear, this review is not about the Apple product itself—I’m happy with the AirPods 2. But I want to caution fellow customers: Please carefully inspect open box items before purchasing, as the description may be misleading. I sincerely hope BestBuy takes this feedback seriously and improves its inspection and labeling standards for open box products. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and respect.

Lost my old one and picked up the new AirPods Pro (2nd gen), and the noise cancellation is a real standout. Compared to the last version, it's like the difference between a whisper and complete silence. Seriously impressed with how they've upped their game on this one. If you're all about tuning out the world, these are totally worth the upgrade.

As always, Apple’s AirPods Pro deliver in every way. The product features amazing noise cancellation capabilities and impeccable sound quality in a small package that integrates seamlessly with all my Apple devices. I bought this one for the USB-C port since I’m moving away from the Lightning connector.

The product quality is great. I need to try different plug sizes as they do have some discomfort after multiple hours in my ear.

Definitely worth the price. Has a better performance and long lasting durability with the battery life as well. Recommend getting these.

Amazing noise cancellation! The adaptive cancellation feature is wildly accurate and astounding. It is amazing how much processing is going on in those tiny chips. The extra size given with the silicone tips is a bonus as well. The addition of the lanyard option, as well as the speaker on the bottom has made locating them a cinch.

It’s good overall with good quality (I’ve only had it a month so that might change). I’d say it’s worth the purchase. It’s not amazing but it’s better than decent.
