These air pods are great, they let me answer calls by telling siri yes or no, or nodding my head yes or no. No other headphones let you do that.

The Pro 2's are great. My issue is with Best Buy's tactics. I purchased the Open Box item in "Excellent" condition. The product I received did not meet that standard in my opinion. As I was working to take off the 8,328 stickers they put on the box, it was clear WHY they didn't appear to meet the standard. They had re-packaged these and just sold them as a higher level than advertised without removing the previous sticker first. Disappointing and easily avoidable.

Product is excellent like I am using from past 10 days for my calls and works it works great and the battery backup is decent enough.over all satisfied with product.

Great wide sound stage for earbuds, very surprising bass if you use a good eq on Spotify. Found myself discovering new sounds never heard in some of the songs I’ve listened to on desktop.

Do not buy them from the seller nexgen tech. They sent me fake AirPods Pro 2. The box was banged, looked cheap and had many discrepancies. I went to return it at my nearest Best Buy (which is my fave one) and the manager literally told me within 5 seconds that it was fake and brought another box to compare then side by side and show me how many discrepancies there were. It was infuriating that Best Buy allowed this. The box had a glued serial number, which if you looked it up I. The Apple website it showed as being a replacement. The actual “AirPods” serial number showed its warranty expires on December 26 and again was a completely different number than the one on the box. Again, do not buy it. The manager told me to call support to let them know what had happened and they could not care at all. Literally at all, they were not paying any attention and kept disconnecting the call. I tried 4 times and gave up, which leaves me with a bad taste because I loved Best Buy, but this incident as well as one more incident regarding the customer care team is literally driving me away from every buying there again.
