Sound quality is good and noise cancellation is neat. 4/5 Price is a factor but you are paying for what you are getting.

Volume Control Feature is Key

The 1st gen can only toggle between normal, transparency, and noise cancellation mode with no option for volume control. Eventhough you are able to use your Apple Watch or phone for the volume their is a convenience to being able to control it faster.
