Some issues with voice isolation and phone calls. Noise cancellation for ear buds is better than I expected, but I would still prefer over-ear headphones. I really like that they come with different size in-ears to fit better.

I didn't know when I ordered *through Best Buy* they would come from a third party seller ("Sold & shipped by CircuitGuard Pro" is what I eventually saw)- they came weeks late, then when they arrived were CLEARLY fake. weird box. weird sounds when they go in your ear, and the microphone didn't work! I checked the SN with apple and it was confirmed it was a bogus SN. I tried contacting Best Buy and after an hour was told I either had to go IN to a Best Buy (there isn't one near me) or work through the third party seller I didn't ever intend to use and try to work it out.... UNREAL. SO FRUSTRATING.
