Great design and features, but poor QC

Unfortunately, one of the earbuds would occasionally drain instead of charge while inserted in the fully charged case overnight. Tried to get Apple to address the issue, but they ran a diagnostic at their repair center and returned them to me with a small pamphlet that said, “working as designed… no problem found”. So I returned them and purchased the Bose QC IIs.

They sound great and linked very easily to my Apple devices. I like the fact that the charging case permits charging of the AirPods without always having to use the power adaptor.
