Theses Gen 2 seem to be slightly better in every way except 1. The ability to locate with tracking and sound is much better. I miss place my AirPods all the time and it is much easier to find the new Gen 2 AirPods Pro. The case has its own speaker for locating and the sound location for the headphones is also louder. The bluetooth location also seems more accurate.
