Great Earbuds

You won’t regret your decision if you do get these but you can only find other earbuds that are a better bang for the buck.

Better than the OGs!

I know that perception is objective, but the sound is better and the ANC is fantastic. I use these to cancel the wind noise while riding my motorcycle. I can still hear the high frequencies like sirens and whatnot. I think Apple redid the ANC. With the OGs I had to buy Comply memory foam to get a better seal and get better ANC. With 2nd generation, I use the original silicon tips. I know this will get me a better sound also. The only thing I have found in the couple months, is that a couple of times, the AirPods would not connect. I was able to connect though. I have the entire Apple eco system. This is a bonus also. I tried the new Bose QC 2s. The ANC was better but had poor connection with the iPhone and could not get the same ANC inside the helmet. I figured that was because of the location of the microphones. I have read that the mics in the Apple 2s were in a different place. For me, that was the deal maker over the OGs and the Bose.
