Audio is very good. As a phone Bluetooth it’s pretty good. Picks up some background noise in vehicle but not bad. Buttons are not easy to use. Noise canceling is great. Transparent mode comes in handy too. My only complaint is they work themselves loose when you talk a lot. If you try and adjust it disconnects call.

Works amazing and I love the transparency mode. I use them a ton at work when I have to take phone calls but it still allows me to hear what’s going on around me. If I want to tune everything out the noise cancellation is amazing. Great purchase and we’ll worth the extra money for the features and extra comfort.

I Love these headphones and they fit perfectly in my tiny ears.

I had the original AirPods and I had to get these when I saw that they came out. I loved the original AirPods and I love the Pro’s even more. They have 3 different size silicone tips, so you can find the perfect fit for your ears. Plus they have active noise cancellation and spatial audio you can’t go wrong with AirPods!

I usually hate Apple EarPods as they don’t stay in my ear, this is also true of the regular AirPods. I bought this after doing research that they stay in your ears much better. I’m proud to report that these stay in tour ears and have awesome suction as I am able to mow the lawn and not have them move from my ears. I love these and use them 2-3x daily.

These AirPods are so great. Highly highly recommend. I’ve wanted them for a long time and they absolutely did not disappoint. Work perfectly. Love the noice cancelling feature and the fact that it can be turned on and off. I connect to my phone and my computer. Overall such a great product.

Air pods pro are way better than any other apple headphones your gonna get. The noise canceling feature is a must now a days and these do deliver that. Volume is good . Battery life is about 3 hours but up to 20 with your case. Sound is great clear and crisp . Don't buy any other air pods these are the ones you want

I finally got a set of AirPods. Perhaps I’m the last of everyone I know, but whatever. I finally decided it’d be a much better way to listen to sports radio or music while I’m working in the yard. The sound quality is great. They’re easy to charge and get to play. They’re a bit less intuitive than I thought they’d be as far as volume control and call or text answering. It’s just something I’ll have to read about so I can remember the appropriate steps. I did find it to be a pain if I set a timer on my Apple Watch. When the timer goes off, it shuts of anything you’ve got streaming on the AirPods. Thus, I had to go back into the house where my phone was to restart the stream. I’m certain there’s got to be a better way, I’m just not aware of it yet. So, quality wise, they’re a solid 5. The 4 for value is just because the AirPods Pro aren’t a value. They’re a luxury. For ease of use, the 4 was because I think a set of simple instructions to handle a few tasks would benefit me if they were in writing. Perhaps just a simple card with the top tips. Overall, I’m glad I own a pair. They’re worth the money if you don’t lose things, much like a good pair of sunglasses.

Best sound Great fitting Connects very easily and fast

Excellent Upgrade to regular AirPods. The regular AirPods were already very good with sound for music and phone calls. However the AirPods Pro fit so much better, as the regular ones could more easily be knocked off. It blocks outside noise much better as well due to its fitting in the ear.

They sound great. I was worried about them falling out of my ear but they stay pretty well. Only noticed a slip when I am looking down. I like the active noise canceling when I am in the comfort of my home but prefer transparency when I am riding my bike or in public places. My only complaint is the battery life, even with the sound encoding off, they only last about 3 hours continuous on a full charge.

Had to replace AirPods so decided to upgrade. Didn’t think there was going to be much of a difference but there is a significant difference. The noise cancellation is amazing and the inserts for different fit really makes a difference in comfort. If you can afford the extra $$ I highly recommend these!

I’m an iPhone user, with no other apple products. BUT Apple tends to make products I hate to love. This item just works. Sound is pretty good for non-audiophiles. But where this beats the competition is Transparency mode. Other headphones sound robotic, but the voices that pass through on the AirPods Pro is so natural, it’s like you aren’t wearing headphones. It is also one of the most comfortable buds I’ve used. In the end, it’s great if you want to pay a premium for outstanding ANC and transparency.

Honestly this are way Better than the first ones but let me say something u have to check them out first because it all depends on the ear u have because for me both fit but for my fiancé only the first gen fits comfortably not the 2nd ones but for the price has perfect silence and transparent mode is perfect too.

Purchased these for ny son. He is an Apple person. I thought they would be great for him when working, or working out. He seems to love them very much. This was an excellent purvhaes and I would suggest you purchase these. The sound quality is amazing and they are small enough to fit in your pocked when you are not wearing them

I tried the skull candy Indy evos and it was a negative experience but with good quality buds. I decided to upgrade to the AirPod pros and LOVE them!!! Perfect fit, love the find my feature, great build but the sound is a bit as the same as normal packaged buds...however, the noise cancellation features alone are truly worth the high price.

Apple has done it again with the new Airpods Pro. The noise-canceling feature is quintessentially Apple in that you never knew you needed it, but after having experienced it, you don't know how you ever lived without it. They fit perfectly and the charge holds an incredible amount of life in it- allowing me to talk for an hour or more completely uninterrupted!
