I have had these earbuds for 3 years and they still work.

Easy to connect, decent battery life, good bass, awesome spatial audio feature.

Apple is a great product, with Best Buy customer service it over the top.

I went back and forth on whether or not to upgrade to the Airpod Pros. If you are on the fence...DO IT! The noise cancellation is a game changer. I flew from LA to Philly and was able to sleep the entire flight because these headphones did such a great job of blocking out annoying plane noise. Battery life isn't as good as the regular airpods, but they charge so quickly that it isn't really an issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! :)

These are ok. Better than gen 1 and 2 forsure but not better than my Powerbeats Pro I got when they released last year. The size of the case is what will attach customers which is why I use my AirPods Pro for work or non athletic things. I am having a problem like the rest with one ear coming out which is my right in my case. I am going to keep them because they fit cute in my person and aren’t bad. My Powerbeats Pro win in all categories hands down minus the case. Another downfalls on these AirPods would be if you don’t have a Apple Watch good luck turning the volume down. I haven’t asked Siri to turn the volume down much so not sure how much it would go down.

The overall quality of this model of EarPods are amazing. Sound blocking during my long drives to hockey practice is all I need. I cannot hear my mom blasting music through her car speakers and singing loudly. Overall the bass, sound and tone of the music is clearly heard- the older EarPods hurt my ears, but these fit comfortAbly and feel light on my ears- 5 stars all the way.

Honestly didn’t thinking need the noise canceling head phone but man am I glad o went with it. Totally worth the money I am a commission based associate and I plug these guys in and get focused and I’ve been making more money each week all credit to these head phones. Only bad thing I’m in a dusty environment and would like to see a better way to keep the microphone clean
