PROS: 1. Sound quality for calls and music. 2. Noise cancellation feature and the fact that you can control from the phone or the ear buds. No separate app needed like with Bose SoundsSport and QC Earbuds and Jabra (forgot the model). 3. Silicon seal to ensure a comfortable, secure fit. (That's why I never liked the previous version, that hard plastic just never would sit right in my ear.) 3. You can use either earbud alone while the other charges in the case. My Bose and Jabra ear buds are right ear dominant. The interchangability of the Air Pods is a gamechanger for me when I"m on calls all day and burn through the battery of the earbuds quickly. That's why I had to buy the Bose and the Jabra. Now I only need the Air Pods for my calls. BOSE sound quality is still slightly better but this gives Apple an edge for me. **HUGE PLUS** 4. Syncs with your iPhone right away once you take it out of the case. 5. Displays battery life of both earbuds and the case on your phone. CONS: 1. This pair malfunctioned in a month's time. Apple was amazing in handling the replacement, but it made me leery abotu the longevity of the device. You probably should get Apple Care with these. 2. Sound leak (I like my music loud but I don't want to disturb people around me.). Bose was better in this case.

A gift for my older son to replace the JLabs buds that crapped out. He spent his own money against my recommendation that he hold out and save his money on a better product. They lasted just past the warranty period; Best Buy did not stand behind this waste of plastic. This replacement is what he should have bought. Too little, too late. He still enjoys them today.

Not sure if I would’ve paid this much if I didn’t have a $250 gift card. The sound quality and functionality is great after finding that I was better suited for the “large” size ear buds. I like having the air pods but for the price I would recommend trying out other companies that specialize in audio. I really do like these, a huge improvement from the previous generation! Just do your research before spending almost $300 on something like this, if you need the iPhone compatibility then these are the best but a few others might give you marginally better audio quality if you just want to listen to music.

With the latest update, the AirPods Pro provide surround sound with supported devices and videos. However, the number of shows and videos with support for surround sound is not a whole lot. Hopefully, that changes soon. Overall, these headphones last me through 5 hours of continuous meetings and calls. Occasionally, the connection with the phone has a few hiccups but it can be reset fairly easily.

I'm really enjoying these so far. It's nice to be able to zoom from home privately using these. Noe both my fiancé and I can work in peace. These are working great with all of my apple products (iPhone, MacBook Pro) The quality and build are great so I would defiantly recommend this purchase. Only downside would be I'm a little confused on how the settings works when the AirPods are in ear.
