At first I was reluctant to spend the extra money for these, but I am very happy I did. Easy to use, easy to pair, easy to keep charged. They fit my ears perfect and are very comfortable. I could wear them all day with no discomfort. The sound quality is great and produces all the sounds I want and love. Great product, looking forward to a lot of use outta these.

I bought these as a gift for my son who says they are overall amazing! Sound quality is great and overall fit is better than expected. Pairing with Apple devices is seamless and the battery life is capable of all day use. He also loves how the stem isn't as noticeable as other models. As a parent I think the price point is high but he assures me the Pros are well worth it.

I have the regular airpods and decided to upgrade to this. the fit is much more secure, feels good on outdoor runs. the noise cancellation is great for a earphone even when compared to a over the ear headphones. connectivity to apple devices is smooth as ever. waiting for the update for new spatial audio feature and expect to be blown away by that too.

Often times Apple products can seem cliche just for their popularity. These headphones sound great, feel great and the battery lasts longer than advertised. Love these for the gym and on a plane. The noise cancelling and sound quality is on par w my Sony over the ear noise cancelling headphones. I often forget they are in my ears and even have great bass for an ear bud. Winning!

I have never been a fan of Apple headphones. Outside of the fact that they came "free" with a phone I avoided them at every opportunity. The AirPods Pro have broken the mold. The silicone tips fit well in the ear. The noise cancelling is excellent, the batter life is very good and the sound is commendable. These are a little pricey but I feel like they were worth every penny.

I bought the first gen AirPods and returned them after a few days because the sound quality was abismal. My wired headphones that came free with my iPhone outperformed the first gen AirPods by a mile. I decided to give the pros a try because I figured the noise cancelation would come in handy. I’m so glad I did! For the price, there are some definite shortcomings I want to share: 1) They slide out of your ears if you don’t meticulously clean your ears on the daily. Even if there is zero ear wax, I still have to slide them back in every 30 minutes or so. 2) I wouldn’t recommend them for working out. They would need some form of vertical stabilization for me to want to go running in these. 3) If you eat while you wear them, they seem to amplify the noise of jaw movements. Aside from those complaints, the AirPod pros are incredible. Much better sound than the first gen. The base is more than just detectable, for example. Smaller design so they are harder to accidentally knock off. Seamless pairing with devises. No sound lag. So comfortable I forget I’m wearing them within 30 seconds flat. Another huge benefit is the water resistance, so I don’t have to worry about them when I wear them in the rain. As for the noise canceling feature, it is truly unbelievable! I let my classmates with the regular AirPods try them out and their jaws drop to the floor each time. I am a dental student and they have been super helpful. They turn a noisy library during finals week into a silent study space. They silence the overwhelming noise of suction and drills in the dental clinic, so I can focus on my work. They are also great for commuting, as they silence noisy cars while I’m waiting at the bus stop, and silence the bus engine and noisy conversations while I’m inside. I should also mention that I can still hear car horns and announcements over intercoms. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to before I got these. I have even noticed a drop in my social anxiety because these really block out the outside world. I also love that they are not bulky. I wear glasses and style my hair, so over the ear and around the ear noise canceling headphones aren’t good options for me. My very favorite thing about the pros, however, is that I finally don’t have to blast the volume up just to be able to hear my music. I rarely have my volume up past 50%, so I don’t worry about ruining my hearing. Highly recommended for daily use!

I had the Airpods prior to upgrading to these. The Pro's are WORTH IT! The noise cancelling and transparency modes are a total game changer! They get around 4 hours of talk time on calls and around 5 to 6 on music when new. The charging case is easy to use and pair with multiple devices (laptop, cell phone, etc.). Small, easy to travel with.

I use these for work where I need both hands while communicating with others on the crew. I use them with an iPhone 12 and MacBook Pro and the ease of use is excellent. They fit well in my ears and I have used them during workouts as well. Sound quality is good with well defined highs and lows. I use them daily ~3-4 hours a day.

These things are great! I've been spoiled with Bose for many years, but wanted to try these as they are more compact. The sound is just as good the Bose. The noise cancelling is great, and you can turn that feature off simply by pressing the stem of the bud. The stay put in your ears, even during my workouts. Battery life has been great so far. My only complaint is there is no way to adjust the volume on the actual buds, and it's been tricky figuring out how to change songs using the buds. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

These are very simple to set up and use with an iPhone. Sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancelling feature works quite well. Battery life for the ear buds is excellent so far, and the battery in the case for the buds lasts longer than any other pair of wireless buds I've owned (I've had Bose and Jaybird earbuds, as well as a previous pair of Airpods).

I had the original air pods but they came missing so I upgraded to the pros. Well worth it The transparency mode is great and the noise canceling mode honestly surprised me. Typically use them for working or taking phone calls. Stay in my ear great even forget they’re in sometimes. Sound quality is an improvement but not anything to brag about.

I really love the Airpods Pro. I'm kind of a headphone and earbuds snob, and I didn't think I would really like the Apple product. But after spending some times with two upscale brands, which proved unsatsifactory in terms of sound quality, I tried a friend's Airbuds Pro, and I was sold. I have lived with them now for almost three months, and I'm very happy with the overall sound. I suppose the bass could be a little bit better, but I might just be used to a heavier bass sound from my older wired earbuds (and they probably overemphasized bass). But these phones have a wonderful midrange and sense for depth for a pair of earbuds. And sometimes I have to turn the volume up on my iPhone almost all the way up, but this is very rare and only the case on a couple of songs that were recorded at lower volume. I would also recommend these buds for people who have trouble getting a fit with some other earbuds on the market. The way these are shaped, they would seem to fit a wide variety of ear shapes and ear canal shapes, and I think the fit was why I might not have been happy with some of the competing products. And if you have an iPhone, they are very easy to connect.

The sound quality is top notch, not the best out there, even for buds, but way above average. Battery life is more than good enough to leave them in on pass through mode if desired for most of the day. Every once in awhile though I get one or both earbuds switching modes out of pass through to sound cancelling or “off.” This is really disorienting. It usually happens and is super noticeable when I’m just wearing them not listening to anything and they are in pass through. I believe it may be instigated by having high pitched slightly louder noises around me, it will suddenly glitch out and produce a sound almost like my ears a ringing, like one of the hairs fell off inside your ear right into your ear drum (at least I think that’s what causes your ears to ring). Anyway, even with the sporadic issues I still love them and would totally buy them again. Definitely buy the apple care though just in case you break one, really wish they’d cover lost buds. I replaced the apple tips with memory foam tips and couldn’t be happier since they always felt like it was going to fall out of my one ear, even with the large tips...the $30 memory foam buds on amazon are amazing, seals a lot better and completely gets rid of the feeling like they could fall out. If you have normal ear holes though the apple ones are probably more than good enough, they’re super comfortable and hold pretty well, but one of my ear holes is larger and I’d need an XL size for that, which was the reason why I switched tips. Apple please fix the glitchiness with the pass through mode sometimes switching off or causing ringing (when high pitched noises are detected and attempting to pass through)...I don’t know if that’s the cause but it always seems to happen when I notice a high pitched moderate to loud noises present. It can be quite disorienting and feels like it’s your ears and not the buds doing this, but it’s happened enough where I am highly confident it’s just a glitch with the software. This is the reason why I cannot give a 5 star review...that and I guess you should include XL tips too, the small are so tiny, but what about us big ear-holed people?

Much better than OG style AirPods. Sounds better, has noise canceling and a seal. They fit in my ears without falling out and doesn’t hurt my ears. I got these on sale for 199. Get these at that price, 250 is too much imo. These are just the better overall package. Also to add, BestBuy handled my order well, so kudos to them

I am extremely pleased with these Apple AirPod Pros. They fit very comfortably in my ears and the sound is incredible. I also really like the noice cancellation option. They charge pretty fast and the charge lasts long. These have been extremely convenient when I want to watch something on my phone without disturbing others around me.

Decent ear buds. I bought for ease of connectivity between multiple Apple devices, which works flawlessly. Music sounds incredible. I wish the noise canceling was better, which I thought it would be for the price. There tends to be an unnatural static. They’re also not terribly comfortable to wear for long periods. It is convenient be able to get several full charges from the case before having to plug in.

Great sound and very easy to setup and use. I bought the “Pros,” as I thought they would stay in better when running. They are ok, but once you really get to sweating, they pop out fairly easy on occasion. Sound quality is very good. Battery life is above average. Having the charging case is nice, but you have to keep the case charged too. Overall, I’m happy with them. I would add that they are overpriced, but the fact that they are an Apple product, that’s implied.
