Absolutely love the pros. Music sounds great. The new gestures (compared to the first gen or even second gen AirPods) are very much appreciated. Compared to the other AirPods, I like that everything is already set up with the pros. For example, pausing is one click on the stem or simply take out an AirPod. Next song, is two clicks (or to hang up/pick up phone calls). Three clicks will replay a song. I like that the stem isn’t as long compared to the other AirPods & the sound quality is great. Noise cancelling really does block out loud noises/environments (of course not completely, but it does the trick) & transparency mode indeed does let me hear what’s going on around me. Just overall a great product from Apple & I do recommend these to anyone, but even more to iPhone users.

Got these for the kiddos and the hubby. They last alot longer then the older models as far as charge goes. Clearer sound, noise cancelation which they love, better grip in ear. Wish they came in other colors.

Comfortable, easy to use. They connect as soon as you remove them from their case. Sound quality is clear with excellent resolution. Highs are clear and lows really add to the experience. I use them a lot.

I bought these as I am working from home. I needed a set of buds I could use, without having to change between my laptop and iPhone. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the product. To be honest, I am most impressed by the quality of the noise cancelling function. This has helped me be more product while working. It has also allowed me to drown out the noise of my snowblower, while listening to my favorite podcast. Another great function is the ability to pair with my Fire TV. At night, Late at night, I can listen to stand up, and not worry that my kids will walk in and hear inappropriate content. Or, I can watch an action film, and my spouse can fall asleep next to me on the sofa. They super comfortable and easy to use.

Great AirPod Pro’s! My boyfriend got me a pair and he fell in love with them just as much as I did. So I knew I had to get him a pair! They price matched for me and were very kind and helpful! Love Best Buy!

I had a 1st generation set of AirPods before getting these, and like others have said, it's hard to compare because these are a different class of AirPods. I will continue to bring my Bose QC series over-the-ear headphones for flights but these are great for going through the airport and for shorter flight hauls. The noise cancelling is very good, although there is different situations where I hear sounds through them while in noise cancelling. At this price point you wouldn't expect that but you have to remember these are in-ear and not over-the-ear. The transparency mode of these is huge. I love it that I can still listen to music and have the outside environment amplified like a hearing aid, so I don't need to remove or stop the music. I definitely recommend getting these if you're looking for a good set.

I really like this product because the sound quality is very good and the fit is better in my ears than the previous model from Apple. The product pairs easily with my iPhone and is super simple to use. I would recommend this product.

Long time Apple user, first time AirPod user. Loaded with features. My favorite features are the noise cancellation and transparency mode. Noise cancellation literally shuts out the world and transparency mode amplifies everything around you so you don’t have to take out your ear buds to speak to someone. Oh and as for the sound, they sound amazing. They are the most comfortable ear buds I have worn. I forget I am even wearing them. My only issue with them would be the Bluetooth interference I experience at the gym. Music cuts in and out when surrounded by several people using Bluetooth headphones. This is not limited to the AirPod Pros though, I have tried several true wireless ear buds and have experienced the same issue. Hopefully this can be fixed in a future update. All in all I very happy with them.

I purchased the original AirPods and had to return them, as I couldn’t keep them in my ear, and I heard everything going on around me. I wanted to zone out at the gym and not hear all the weights clanking etc. When they came out, I had already purchased some Jabras which I really enjoyed. However, since I am an apple fan, I couldn’t stop myself! I purchased these a few weeks ago. I love the ease of use and how they hook up to my iPhone and iPad. When I first hear noise cancellation, I was thinking to myself right...let me see. I was impressed. While walking the dogs, I can hear the traffic or cancel it all out. I also like the fact that I can change songs, pause, answer the phone or change the transparency from both AirPods. I have really enjoyed them so far!

These are the AirPods you've been looking for! I loved the sound quality of Apple's original AirPods, but I could not get them to stay in my ear. They even fell out as I walked, so I went with the Dr. Dre Powerbeats, which had a very sound sound quality and stayed in my ears, even when I ran, but which were simply not as good as the AirPods in sound quality. However, with the new AirPods Pro you need look no further. Their sound quality is second to none and they stay in your ears even when you run. Moreover, they have the incredible unique quality of being substantially noise cancelling, but allowing you to hear a siren or oncoming truck so you do not die because you are engrossed in an awesome audiophile experience. I highly recommend the AirPod Pros!

Love the fit and sound of these!! They are so comfortable that sometimes I forget they are in. The sound is amazing and I love that you can turn on the transparency mode and hear what is going on around you without taking them out.

Second pair as I bought for my daughter. Great sound. Battery life. Easy to pair to different Apple devices. Really nice pair of ear buds. Excellent call quality. A must have for Apple devices in my opinion.

Apple sure got these right! I am really pleased with the AirPods Pro. They fit my ears right out of the package and do not fall out like most other ear pods. The original Air Pod was constantly falling out of my ears. The rubber ear tip was the thing that make these work so well. The sound quality is good enough for me. They sound great actually. As far as using them for phone calls the work great and sound great to the person on the other end of the line. My only real gripe is that it seems to take forever to charge them. They are a bit spendy so I'm really afraid of losing a pod. If I lost a pod or the whole shebang I would probably get another set of these little pods.

These AirPods are AWESOME! The noise cancelling ability is phenomenal and it's easy to switch from noise cancelling to normal listening. They stay in my ears while exercising which is a big plus.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loves them already. No connectivity issues whatsoever. Easy to use, easy to charge, easy to connect to mobile devices. These have a great sound for ear buds.

My first gen AirPods had seen better days and it was time for replacements. I wear them basically all day Monday - Friday and was torn between getting the Pros or just the second gen. The plastic tips made me nervous because they have traditionally hurt my ears in the past. But I liked the idea of the noise cancelling. Boy am I thrilled I took the leap and got the pros. These things are incredible. They don’t hurt my ears and the noise cancelling is the best I’ve ever used. I put them in my ears in a fairly noisy environment and I couldn’t believe the silence. I almost have to toggle off the noise cancelling so someone doesn’t come up from behind me and scare me. The silence is that incredible. I’m deep in the Apple ecosystem, but this is by far my favorite purchase

I bought the air pods pro since I am a student with online classes and I wanted bluetooth ear buds to use while attending class from my apartment or out on campus. I am really happy with these air pods, they connect easily to bluetooth devices, the noise cancellation works a lot better than expected considering these are not over the ear like another headset I have. I like that they charge in the case, it's really helpful to keep them from dying after hours of classes all day because I can easily charge them on my breaks. The audio quality is also very good. There really isn't anything I don't like about them! They were certainly worth what I paid for them.

I love the speaker so you can actually hear someone talking to you even if you have music playing. The fit is a lot more comfortable than the original AirPods and the sound it much clearer.

Apple did an amazing job improving AirPods with the AirPod Pro. The only shortcoming is the battery life, which is still on par with every other ear bud on the market except the Powerbeats pro. I have both the Powerbeats pro and AirPods pro, both have good sound but the AirPods pro have a crisper more alive sound than the Powerbeats pro. I like both and and wear the Powerbeats for running and CrossFit, I like the way they feel attached to my head. I have gone running with the AirPod pro’s and they feel secure as well. The charging case caused my mophie iQ charging pad to give an error and wouldn’t wireless charge at first. I assume the metal hinge on the case was the issue. I had to start at one side and slide the case onto the pad till the charge indicator light came on, after that I know where to set the case on the charging pad and keep the hinge out of the charging field. Noise cancelling works very well for earbuds. These are very comfortable for in-ear earbuds, you can wear these all day long without issue. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with an iPhone.
