I am writing to share my positive experience with the second-generation AirPods Pro, which I purchased in June 2024. Since acquiring them, I have found the device to be exceptionally effective and user-friendly, particularly for making phone calls. The audio quality and ease of use have significantly improved my communication experience.

Love them! Absolutely amazing sound & they fit in ears good! The only thing I could think of to make them better is possibly adding some soft tip on the speaker part because after so long ears starts to hurt. Other than that 10/10 the sound is loud! They keep a good amount of charge!

I love it personally, battery last long, sounds amazing!! I like it better than the newer AirPods

These AirPods are amazing they connect really fast to my phone and has the best quality I was always hesitant to buy them because I didn’t wanna make the wrong choice but this is definitely not a bad choice and they charge fast in the case and last a long time and for perfectly in my ear I just love them

Purchased these to replace some original generation AirPods that no longer held a charge. These work great, fit in ear well, good sound, great battery life, and work as expected.

The airpod 2nd generation are excellent because the sound is clear,battery life is durable and it fits perfectly fine in small spaces I have them over 4 months and they work perfectly well .

Honestly the best set of AirPods I’ve ever had. The sound is great, connectivity is instant, and the fit in my ear perfectly for one-size headphones.

These are awesome! I bought these After Christmas because everyone loved the ones I gifted for Christmas! I am buying them for every birthday this year. They connect effortlessly to iPad/iPhone, stay charged for long periods of time, show charge level when open near iPhone, and make it easy to wear one for music/phone while staying alert and aware for conversation/driving/caretaking. I can’t wait to upgrade & buy the newer version for myself with noise cancellation for other uses.

Well, I'll start by saying that I'm really delighted with the AirPods because they really have good sound and best of all, the charge always lasts more than 2 hours when I'm using them. I would 100% recommend them. The truth is that Best Buy has the best ones. I've bought them elsewhere but they can't compare to what I have now. I recommend them. I love them. The sound quality really is excellent with these 2nd gen AirPods. I love the available skins and cases from sporty and rugged with attached carabiner to elegant and fashion forward jewel encrusted options. The optional ear hooks and magnetic straps come in lots of colors and make the AirPod even easier to enjoy. Being compatible with the “find my” app is also a bonus. But most importantly it’s the sound quality I’m looking for and AirPods brings it. Best Buy’s price could not be beat!!!

It was one of the best earpods i got from the bestbuy store at very resonable price. Note that it comes from reputatex brand like apple, so you can't make compromise with the quality and here the best buy really gave me the best deal. Thankyou best buy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wnats good pair earpods specially to the beginners who wants to use these very first time.

I love my AirPods, but wish they didn’t hurt my ears a bit after wearing them for longer than 30 minutes. My kids and husband also have them and don’t have this issue, so it may just be my ears. The sound quality and battery life is great. Overall, I’d buy these again and would definitely recommend them to any age group. They’re easy to use and so easy to set up with your iPhone.

Its perfect, i used every day for my job, the size and the sound is perfect, it fits very good on my ears and the price is the best, you cannot found a a better price anywhere just in best buy.!

Money well spent. Great sound, battery life, and perfect fit. Noise canceling works amazing too, I blew leafs today and was still able to enjoy my music.

Okay so I was skeptical if I would like these since my hair is long and thick, so I usually pulled out the wired Apple headphones. Well, my ear canals are the perfect size for these because they do not budge unless I literally touch them to take them out. The battery life is great, sound quality is great. Charging is so fast, I'm impressed! I do recommend Apple Care ($30 for 2 years) because you never know if you'll accidentally lose grip taking one or both out of your ear and break it on the ground/in a puddle.
