Wasn’t delivered! I didn’t get the it, so just can’t review it. And I wasn’t refunded, so it’s really frustrating…

Account was stolen, said card was used at the store. When report to best buy manger, he refused to look up the cashier that processed the transaction to find how the person that stole the account was

Arrived tampered with, already open. Not in "new" condition as advertised, sucks as it was for a gift. And I overpaid for them, quite disappointed.

The left one wouldn’t stay in my ear. It kept falling out and after three days it gave me ear aches. I had to return it.

I LOVE apple products! But I was excited to get these and before opening them I sat in the car to watch a video on all they did better than my AirPod pro 2 and the reviews said it was less sound than the 2 so I returned it 5 minutes after purchasing it, I’ll wait till the pro 4 comes out I think

I ordered online and I did not receive this product in the mail. best buy would not send me a replacement I will never buy from them again.

Used the AirPods Pro 3 from Christmas to January 15th and it no longer charges. Defective product.

I really didn't like these headphones; they make an unwanted whistling sound, and the volume goes up and down on its own.

Received malfunctioning AirPods from Best Buy. Could never connect them to any phone. Went to geek squad and they said they couldn’t help, sent me to Apple. Now almost a month later still trying to get a repair

Noise cancellation is horrible it don’t cancel anything I will be returning these very soon

They work great until the left side stop loosing connection then I decided to return them

Enjoyed my pro 2s much more, these ones Mae a loud popping and cracking noise when turned above 3/4 volume

Retuned twice, am still has a whistle sound an echoing, an when noise cancellation is on every thing sounds like is being spoke to me thru a metal tube making this god awful melodic sound

They are used and Best Buy refused to take them back

Even with the different size ears pieces these Are not for everyone they kept falling out of my ears no matter what size I wanted them to work so badly but wasn’t for me

My headphones stopped working 3 weeks into me buying them and talking on the phone with them and Apple and they want me to spend more money to fix them honestly feels like a joke

Horrible horrbile shipping times was told it would be deliverd the next day it took A WHOLE WEEK to arrive i could have gone to the store to pick up they wouldnt allow me to cancel order

it kept on disconnecting The battery life is the worst between the pro and the pro 2 I don’t like it. It sound better when you’re playing music, but I mean by better louder that’s it. I hate the fact that it kept on disconnecting.
