Poor sound quality. Doesn’t do the noise cancellation.

Did not like it because I didn’t received my product

Returned. Could not get comfortable fit and sound was not as good as older AirPods I already own.

These were so uncomfortable they made my ears hurt returned them I like my pro 2 better

Arrived late and best buy did nothing to correct the issue, do not order this from Best Buy if you want them on time as promised, Best Buy customer service did nothing to help

They would not charge straight out the box then the guy Best Buy was saying I try to scam them
