    It is a good easy to use product. It costs a bit more than other router devices, but easy to use and good connection. Will still need to buy a cable modem.

    Added this to extend my WiFi coverage for my AirPort Extreme. Works great now. But I would recommend connecting them with an Ethernet cable if possible. WiFi signal was strong but download speeds were not real fast when just using it to extend network wirelessly. But I was lucky to have hard wired rough-ins already run in the house.

    These AirPort Express units can serve as your primary router, or they can be used as a range extender if used in concert with the AirPort Extreme Base Station, such as I have it installed on my network. I wish y'all could see the smile on my face as I think about how pleased I am that Apple has created these wonderful network products that work so well in my home

    Our second one for the home has accomplished what we needed, which was more power for the entire family to be on the web at the same time without any of us being kicked off. The extra base covers our 1,300 sq/ft home along with the one other express base and our Apple Airport. Fo a family of 4, the 3 workout very well. A definite must.
