The Apple technology on these routers is superior to any other and allows me the freedom to create and modify my wifi network at home and in my business. I've tried other routers and like PCs, I have a closet of them that I don't use anymore. Apple is it for me!

This is a very good wifi extender

I had problems with wifi signals reaching the back bedrooms of my home. After installing the airport express, my signal is strong and streaming is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone needing to strengthen the signal on their apple wifi.

Good... but maybe spend the extra $100

If going towards solid state laptop at any point in the future for home use (faster and lighter), consider spending the extra hundred for the Extreme. You can plug a hard drive into the Extreme and access anywhere on your wireless. Don't let the USB port in back of the Express fool you... only can plug in a printer.. which is great... but unless your printer stores photos or external data, upgrade. It will be worth it!
