Best Performance at an Excellent Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Airport Express is the best router for the money. I don't see the sense in buying the 199, 299, or 399, Airport Extreme or the 2 or 3 Terabyte backup, this 99.00 Router out performs every router I have ever used. There are so many different applications that can be used for this, streaming music, video's, pictures straight to my Macbook Pro, iPad, iPod, and iPhone. The internet speeds have seemed to have doubled since I purchased this router, my internet was connecting at 30 MBPS download and 3 MBPS upload, Now Download is roughly 55 MBPS and upload is around 6 MBPS now. The router NEVER drops signal unlike the Belkin and Cisco routers which Im always having to power cycle and un-screw the cable modem and power cycle the modem as well just to reconnect to the internet. After 2 months of use I have yet to have to perform a power cycle to the modem or router. The only issue with the Apple Router is, I can't seem to connect my WPS Enabled Printer to the network in order to Print. There are complications with having the newest OS X 10.9 with my printer at the moment because HP doesn't support the newest OS for Apple yet, so this may be the complete issue and not with the router, who knows. But once the drivers are made for HP Printers for OS X 10.9 Mavericks, Im sure it will be simple to connect it to the Router and network. So Im not all that concerned at the moment. Thanks Apple for taking the time and having the patients to make such great quality items that you make everyday. I love every Apple product that I own and will never purchase Windows again in my life, because Windows is setup so cheap now. That is why Apple is taking over the electronics at the moment. Thanks Apple, keep doing your thing guys.

Airport Express wireless router
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Totally impressed with it. It is good for an apartment or a small house. Puts a strong signal strength where you need it. Can't go wrong buying an Apple product.

Plug and play function.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would buy again. LOVE IT! You will need audio cables to connect it to your stereo. When you get on your Mac you go to airport settings and configure the airport express to join your wireless network. You can just join it by itself to your computer, but I don't recommend that. It took about five minutes to set up and has worked perfectly since. I use it every day.

Does the Job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second Airport Express upgrading to a dual band model. So far it works as expected giving me a solid signal to help stream video to my home theater. One of the best features of this product is the simple installation. I was connected to my network probably in no more than 5 minutes and able to stream video with no problems. If you need to extend your internet this is an easy way to do it.

It Just Works!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wifi is on one side of my house, which made the bedroom on the other side a bit dicey for signal. I ran a cat5 to that bedroom, plugged this in, set the ssid and password the same as the other router, and viola! A roaming network. Easy config, and like Apple products, it just works. As an added benefit, I connected that TV in with a cable and now it streams beautifully!

fast and doesnt' drop Ipad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having problems with my Ipad dropping Internet connection with my Netgear router - went to Best Buy and the associate recommended the AirPort for wi - fi . I was leary since my husbands older IPad didn't have the problem, but newer one did. Hooked it up and was connected in less than 10 minutes. Very easy, very small, and very fast. It's been a month and I have never lost my w-fi connection since ! OH, and it doesn't blink like the NetGear router

works like a charm, easy to set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not getting decent download speeds on my desktop, so I bought the express to see if it helped. I have a comcast modem/router. I downloaded the airport app to my phone, connected up the express to my desktop via ethernet cable, connected the express to my network using the phone app, and it worked great the first time. And my speed increased from around 12 Mbps to over 55 Mbps. Even bought another one for my kids laptop upstairs. Same impact, very pleased. The express stations recognize each other on my phone app. Apple products are not cheap, but I have had great success with their products. Intuitive, easy to use and they work as advertised.

Apple never disappoints
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Apple Airport Express Base Station is hands down the best router I have ever purchased. Set up was very simple and only took about 5-10 minutes to complete. The range it on is great, I can pull in my driveway and my phone is already picking up the wifi signal. It also supports the use of several devices at once. I have used several different brands of routers before, all more expensive than this one, and none of them work as great as the Apple.

Worked good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ended up taking this back and exchanging it for Apple's Airpot time capsule because I wanted something that would back up my files. However, this is very small and worked great.
