We use the Airport Express Base Station as an extender unit for our primary Airport Extreme Base Station. It is extremely easy to setup with an iPhone and we have found it to be very reliable. We have not had a single occurrence of the router losing connection with the primary unit. The firmware is very easy to update through your iMac. Connect speeds are very fast. I recommend this unit to anyone looking to purchase a new router or extender.

Purchased as an extender to my current wireless network. It does provide better access for devices in the remote areas of the home (3000sf). Only drawback I see is that the speeds are diminished and the unit does not support Wireless AC technology.

Our first box was hit by lightning strike so we had to purchase a new one. Just like the first, it has worked like a charm.

I purchased this device to replace an existing apple device used for extending my home network. The Airport Express does an excellent job and has been extremely reliable.

Easy to configure with a Mac Product or with Windows AirPort utility (separate download). DHCP NAT and port forwarding . Little technical but a beginner can figure it out.

Great device, got it open box and had it setup within 5 minutes. Quick and easy, used as an expansion of current wifi network.

Picked this up with an Airport Extreme in order to get a far reaching aspect in my house. It works great and I love how simple it works with my macpro.

This was easy to install, works great as a network extender or as a base station for an apartment. Easy interface to control from both Macs and PC's. Never really needs to be reset. I had a linksys router prior and it constantly needed to be tended to and was slow when multiple people were online. This product doesn't bog down and runs like a champ. Would highly recommend for small apartments or as an extender for a home or larger areas.

I ended up returning it for the Extreme. It didn't work wel with my roommates Xbox about 20 feet away through 2 walls. Like that it connects to speakers to have AirPlay!

After trying to make two other wireless routers I regretted not just starting with the Air Express. It does a great job as a stand alone unit and is even better when using it in conjunction with another router on the other side of the house. Setup was simple, even using it as a bridge and you can't go wrong with Apple hardware. It works seamlessly with all my devices - iPads, MacBook, Windows ultrabook, WDtv and Apple TV.

The Airport Express was very easy to connect and provides reliable wifi coverage throughout my apartment. I have all Apple products and everything connected with ease.

I've had nothing but issues with our Netgear router and it was suggested I try an airport express. I have never had a router set up so easily and I didn't even need a computer. Can't recommend this enough!!

My cable company couldn't resolve my internet problems. My daughter said "Why are you renting a modem and router from the cable company?" She suggested That I set up my own. I did an hour of research, then I went to Best Buy and picked this up. Now all the connectivity issues have been resolved and I save on my cable bill every month. I even use it from my house to my barn 100' away!

Purchased this unit to allow me to wirelessly listen to music on my new deck using airplay. Easy to set up and install.

I purchase the Airport Express to run my apple products in my house off it and have anything else run off my DSL router. This way I can increase the speed in my house

I bought this to eliminate the issues my family had connecting and range of previous wireless units that were highly rated but took too much tech savy to stay online and had to be reset. this worked so well i went out and bought one for a family member when i stayed at their house just so i could have a strong reliable signal. they love it as well. so simple to set up and in five minutes or less you are running with no issue.

My last airport was 10 years old. I upgraded to this new one and love it. I feel money spent on apple products is money well spent. It was SUPER easy to install.

I really like this router. I had the older model and it was great aswell. Only reason I got the newer version was because I updated my cable service as well as modem and I needed an updated router. I had the last one for 7 years and it was still working great. I feel that these are made well, small and compact in design and are easy to setup and use. Most of all its a sure bet it will work with what ever setup you have.

I purchased this product as a add on extender for my Apple AirPort Extreme. I have been pleased with this device as it is a great wifi extender. It was somewhat easy to setup but I had to seek the apple support community for assistance. I highly recommend it

I purchased this Apple Airport Express Base Station to replace my previous one that was around seven years old which had failed. This one is much smaller and has the same capabilities, but for some reason it seems less reliable. I have to restart it at least once per week, if not more often. My previous one only had to be restart about once every two or three months, so that has been a disappointment about the new one. Other than that, I love this product and the fact that it allows us to wirelessly print from anywhere in our home from any of our computers.
