I have an AirPort Extreme as my main router and I’m using the express to extend the range of my WiFi network. Works seamlessly and is easy to set up.

don't know why it took me so long to get Airport express. It was recommended by a friend, simple to use and an easy way to extend wifi out to my pool area

I purchased the express to extend my current apple network. Does a great job without experiencing any drop in connections or network conflicts. Very easy to install.

Been using Airport Reuters for a couple years. Upgraded to this one for better coverage in our house. Now I can easily get wifi out on the back porch. Also was able to use the old airport I had as an extender and additional audio streaming location. The streaming audio with AirTunes is Awesome, especially if you have an iPhone or iPad. Wireless steaming in two taps. I have it hooked up to stream to our living room and back porch. The design of the newest version is better as the plug is not integrated into the unit. It's allows you to play the unit inherent up for better coverage, rather than on the floor behind an entertainment center or desk.

This was an easy setup and worked flawlessly!! Never slowed my internet always had a steady connection and the added feature of airplay and to make a printer wireless was amazing!!

I wanted to boost my wireless connectivity throughout our home with a number of Apple products and provide data back-up capabilities as well. This product met all,of my expectations and I have recommended it to one of my friends who also purchased one and is equally pleased.

easiest wireless router that have ever used. plug and play. simple set-up with apple laptop. you have to download the utility if using a PC. but simple and very strong and compact.

i bought this product simply for the addition of airplay. simple easy to install product that extends your network hassle free, as with any apple product. i am currently using this downstairs and this product was able to extend my network all the way upstairs as well.

I have converted to all Apple products so it only made sense to install an Apple router. Connectivity has been excellent after replacing Netgear. Signal covers the entire house.

We have a Budweiser Red Light for NHL hockey and it stopped working once we got a new wireless router from the cable company so if anybody has a problem like that, just get the Airport and use it as an extension of the router and connect it to the light and it works!

This is added extension on my net work expanding the range wifi works. It is easy set up no fail system it just works day in day out. Buy it you want be sorry.

I bought this particularly because I like its beautiful design. Also, its speed capacity is enough for a home wifi environment. It definitely gets its job done.

Used the vintage airport extreme and express for a very long time. However, needed more range and speed. This has done the trick!!

I needed an extender b/c my home computer is upstairs and my media center is in my basement, 2 levels below. This is an excellent extender. It exceeded all of my expectations!

These work for expanding a wifi network (i.e. as an extension for an Airport Extreme), but I would not recommend this as your main home router, unless you live in a small space, and have very few devices that will need to access the internet. In an average home, this could easily be overwhelmed by phones, tv streaming devices, printers, etc. For the home use, a more robust router would be better.

Whether using the Airport Express when traveling or at home, it's a very good device. I use mine mainly when I travel, since some hotels still use wired ethernet for in room internet access. I also use this as a backup to my Airport Extreme, since I recently had one that suddenly died. The only negative is that the Airport Express does not support 802.11ac, so when connected, I'm down to 802.11n speeds.

Great little and easy to use wifi access point to the Apple Extreme. Really helps

We had a weak signal downstairs as our devices were located upstairs on the other side of the house. The device acts just as it is supposed to, and we have it in a location where now our service downstairs gets the signal it should be. The ONLY thing i could think of which would be an improvement, would be instead of having a cord to plug it into the wall, instead have the unit itself able to be plugged in directly to the wall. The cord just makes it a little more difficult to find the "ideal spot" for its location and plugging into the wall would look nicer and be hidden more.

Very easy to set up and use. As a wireless network extender it allows me to access my wifi from my back yard. This allows me to use my home automation in and out of the house!

Good router and love that it is small and does not take up a lot of space on desk
