Much easier to set up the network with the Airport than with any other router I have used. It has never needed to be reset or rebooted like the other brands I have used previously. The unit costs more than the competition but the ease of installation and high reliability more than make up for it, making it a much better value.

Simple to set up, less than 5 minutes and I extended my existing WIFI network. Airplay works very good as well.

I used to have two of the original Airport Express units and always lamented the fact they didn't have both Wan and Lan ports. This was perfect for my current situation where I needed to be able to create a wifi network while also having my computer hard wired via cat5. Still feel the price point is a little high but I will overlook that because this solved my issue.

I bought this product for a client who was having wi-fi deadspots, with the intent on adding it to their current apple airport extreme and extending the wi-fi coverage. It did just that. And quick easily I might add. I havent used it beyond that application so I cannot review it as anything other, but for the application I used it in, it worked marvelously.

Apple has done a great job in the design of the Airport Express. It's easy to set up, it has an audio output if you want to stream audio from your iDevice to whatever you connect the audio output of the Airport Express to, and it operates in both the 2.4G and 5G frequency ranges. Having a WiFi Analyzer that lets me see WiFi networks and their names, I can see the WiFi channels in use wherever I am and sometimes there are a ton of WiFi netrworks operating in the 2.4G range. It's nice to have devices, like an iPad, that can operate in the 5G frequency range as there is typically less WiFi traffic there. I don't use the Airport Express to facilitate wireless printing, but it can do that also. All in all this is a great device with a great feature set and all for $99.00. Two Thumbs Way Up!

My job is to install piano player systems. One of the major systems is the PianoDisc Silent Drive HD iQ. The AirPort Express provides a non-network WiFi that transfers the piano music files from an Apple touch product to the processor on the piano. I always have excellent results with the AirPort Express. It has proved to be a very reliable product.

This is a fantastic, easy-to-set-up wifi system. It works flawlessly compared to my Cisco router at work.

Purchased airport express for 2000 square ft house since centurylink all one modem router combo was horrible in covering my home. This little guy did the job wonderfully and very easy to setup. Small doesn't take much space and having AirPlay built in has spoiled me since I did connect speakers to it

The AirPort Express is powerful, ridiculously easy to set up, and I've had no interruptions in signal.

Easiest setup out there for a WiFi Router. Great range, but if you have an older home with plaster or awkward positioning of your router you might want to upgrade to the Extreme.

Since I have many Apple devices in my household, it made sense to me to upgrade to an Apple wireless router, the Apple Extreme, and to extend the signal to a new addition to my home, I added the Apple Express. Both were very easy to install by using the free app, Apple Utility. I was pleased that the Extreme and Express were about the same or even less in cost to other router brands and more so, that the devices worked flawlessly.

I needed to extend my wi-fi in my new house. I have an AirPort Extreme and using the Airport Express was very easy, only taking a few minutes. Good instructions but also recommend watching a YouTube instructional video. Very simple to do. Apple makes it so easy to have two Apple devices to communicate with each device and sinque the settings.

I have 3 of thee now. I use one at the office to generate a private network and 2 at home, one as the main router, the other as a repeater. I tried 3 other repeater. The airport express is the only one that works. And I love the audio port. Easiest way to connect my stereo and speaker system to play music wirelessly. I won't buy anything else.

A wireless router is not the most exciting thing but this one was really easy to get it up and running. I set it up using my ipad and was on the internet quickly. I trust the apple products and it seems this is built pretty well, solid. It doesn't feel cheap like some other routers. Seems like a no brainer if you use a range of apple products in the house or if you just want a router that works well all the time.
