I originally had an original version of the Apple Watch 1. I was very happy with it and have used more of the apps/functions than I thought I ever would. But, alas, the face of the watch “popped off” 4 months after the warranty expired. Go figure. I decided it was a good time to upgrade to the Apple Watch 3. After reading all the reviews, researched online, inquired with friends, etc. I found the better choice was to go with the Nike version as it had all the bells and whistles of the other but had a different band and the faces. I love this watch, and I must say it is nice to not have to worry about the watch getting wet. I use the Nike app regularly and the band is much more comfortable in that it “breathes”. I would recommend this watch to anyone looking to go the way of the smart watch

This is my first Apple watch although my wife owns a Series 2. Previously I was a Pebble Time Steel owner and decided to get an Apple Watch with the demise of Pebble as a manufacturer of smart watches. I could have saved a few dollars by purchasing a Series 2 instead of the Series 3, but I wanted the faster processor and the improved battery life that the Series 3 can provide (assuming you get the watch that does not have the cellular option). I got this watch in early October when it first became available. I did add a screen protector from Gadget Wraps. The screen is brilliant and I love being able to answer texts and messages via the watche's voice interface. I can get about 2-2 1/2 days of usage before the watch requires a charge. All in all it was worth the wait and I really recommend this watch provided you have a newer iPhone. I'm using an iPhone 6S.

I always hated iphones, one day last year i decided to make the switch i was tired of my androids freezing and so on, needless to say i fell in love instantly with my new iphone, now a year later i added this watch. im even more in love, these work so well together i feel naked without it. driving is effortless with not even the thought of your phone. you can recieve a message and just glance at your wrist to read and respond to it. this watch even tracks your health without you doing anything extra, i could go on and on but all you need to know is that this is my watch and you arent getting it, GO GET YOUR OWN!!! :-P :-)

The watch is awesome but the "health" features leave much to be desired. I like the simplicity of the interface. However I don't like it doesn't track your sleep!!!! I mean come on I always used that information to help keep track of my health. I can't set a steps goal and I can't change what I want the "rings" to track. What makes me disappointed most, and a lot of people don't know this, is I have to put the watch in water lock mode before doing my laps which is annoying. I switched to this watch from a Samsung GearSport and you can edit what you want to track. It tracks your sleep out of the box and you don't have to "water lock" it because the watch doesn't' require that. All in all the Iwatch is good but I would have stuck with Samsung.

    Best smartwatch for IOS users

I have purchased and returned about 5 different smartwatches. For IOS users, Apple Watch S3 is the best fitness tracker and smartwatch. The only thing that comes close is the new Garmin 645 Music but it is 100 dollars more. Longer battery life but really a terrible screen. Samsung Gear S3 Frontier is great but IOS functionality is limited and the size is HUGE (as in massive) unless you have 7.25 inch+ wrist size. Things that would make the Apple watch S3 better are: * cycling power meter and cadence sensor support * True 24/7 heart rate monitoring like the garmin. Suunto and Polar have good watches but their smart phone companion apps are truly terrible. Fitbit IONIC HR sensor was inaccurate for me otherwise I would have ketp it. I think Apple has won the fitness tracker/smart watch war.

I had Apple watch first version several years ago and the watch is slow down and battery can't perform the work for a whole day. I first try new Samsung Active Watch and I return it in a week because it is worser than the first version of Apple Watch. It is only better than Apple watch in battery life. Then I saw this deal for Nike Apple Watch 3 for sale at $230. I bought it and it is amazing. It performs very smoothly and fast. I think it beats the newest Samsung smart watch. Recommend!

Works great for tracking my runs

I haven't worn a watch in 20 years probably. I wanted to track some more of my runs but didn't like running with my iPhone in my pocket. I'd used the nike run club app on my phone before so this watch just made a lot of sense. The run tracking works very well. The watch doesn't come with a ton of instructions so it takes a little time to sort everything out. I had a few issues with permissions related to heart rate tracking but eventually got them sorted. I'm still adjusting to the non running aspects. So far it's nice to be able to see quick texts without needing to check my phone. I try not to be super connected (shut off most notifications) anyway, so I'm likely not their ideal target user, but I'm still satisfied with my purchase.

I was hesitant to buy it bcoz alot of apple products already until series 3 came. I love all the features. I used to have fitbit charge 2 and when it broke then I decided to get the iwatch and I didn’t regret it. I like it’s waterproof. Only drawback is I gotta charge it everyday tho it’ll last for like 18 hrs so I gotta charge it before I go to bed or in the morning before going to work. Heart rate monitor is much accurate. Colorful watch face that I can switch immediately. I bought one for my wife too. Overall I’m happy with this smartwatch.

I wasn’t sure I would like this watch as I previously had an Android based watch with my Galaxy 6s but have been pleasantly surprised. The watch has very good interface with my phone, good sound, and visibility is good in light as well as in the dark. I bought the Nike version as I found the Apple Watch band cheap looking and I have not regretted the decision. My criticism is that the watch faces are limited in selection and appear cheap compared to my previous watch whose faces looked like a traditional watch dial. I should say that the Mickey and Minnie faces are the exception but at 64 years old they don’t look very professional in meeting. All in all, I would recommend the watch.

I was skeptical if I would use this enough to justify the price. Well I love this watch. My wife was afraid I would use my phone more because of the watch. Well I actually use it less, bad part is half the time I check my texts and then forget to respond. I went in to buy the cellular version, but after talking to the sales rep I bough the gps version because the $70 price difference and the $10 a month wasn’t worth it since I never forget my phone anywhere and I don’t run so there would be no need for that version. I am glad I got the Nike version for the band. I deleted the Nike app and all that stuff, but the band is much cooler temp wise vs the solid band. Overall well worth the money and another great Apple product.

I recently switched from a Fitbit blaze to a new Apple Watch. Overall, I am very happy with the device and its functionality and connectivity to my iPhone. Melanie gripe is the exercise metric or whatever Apple uses to determine activity. I worked all morning setting up for sixth grade graduation and earned seven minutes of “exercise”. Certainly not a dealbreaker by any means, but I’m going to have to run around the block or park if I am to close my rings (as on is nudged to do). I like that watch bands can be swapped out with ease.

After doing some research as to the differences between the 3 & 4, I chose the three. It had all of the features I wanted. I did not need to spend the extra money to have the newest or the data package as my phone is always within 10 feet of me the majority of the time. Very easy to use and works great. Took a little bit of getting used to as wearing it tighter than previous watches was quite different. Overall, the Apple Watch has helped me keep all of my workout data in one place without having to carry a pen and notepad around the gym.

I wanted to love the watch as I so wanted to be able to sync with my iPad(s), iPhone, AirPods and several apps. My biggest priority was to better track my fitness and sleep. I already use the Polar HR monitor so I was hoping to be able to replace that, be able to change songs on my Amazon Music playlists and a few other features. In the end, despite the great sale price of $229 I just couldn’t justify the need to have the watch - especially since I typically remove my watches the moment I walk in my door. Perhaps in time I will try it again.

I am so disappointed. I purchased my first Apple Watch 3 months ago and loved it. However, the screen cracked within 2 months. I did not purchase AppleCare....so I was out of luck as cost to fix is almost the same as purchase price. So...I decided to purchase a new one with AppleCare. The screen cracked 4 days after I purchased it. I have been so disgusted that I haven’t even sent it to Apple for repair / replacement. I work outside for a living and have decided the Apple Watch is not built for blue color people. I do not recommend this product to anyone who is involved in any physical activity. Thus, what is the point in owning this product?

I got this as a graduation gift from a family member and have worn it every day since! I love that it allows me to keep a little better track of my activity and healthy, how much time I spend sitting or walking or exercising. I also really appreciate being able to control the volume of my music for my Bluetooth headphones by adjusting the dial on the side! It’s a little thing that was unexpectedly really convenient. And, I get 2-3 days of use between charges which is perfect for my schedule. A con that I have though is that the band can get uncomfortable at times. At least for my wrist there doesn’t seem to be a size setting which is just right: either too loose or too tight.

I kept this watch for a the full year before giving to my wife and upgrading to the 44mm series 4 this year only to turn around and take those back a few days later because the series 4 was just a biggest series 3 with the exception of a ECG which who knows exactly how accurate that is and I highly doubt a doctor would use that info but as for this Watch it was a very good watch but it’s just the same o same o from Apple every year anymore is the only problem but I do recommend only because I don’t recommend spending the bigger amount of money on the new series 4!

This watch has exceeded my expectations in the past few weeks of me owning it, I would definitely recommend getting the Apple protection plan for $49.99, I have already cracked mine but that is because I wasn’t being carful while working. So instead of paying another $309 for a replacement, it was free (technically speaking of course). And I get one more full replacement with my Apple protection plan and the it’s 60$ to replace after that, still not a bad deal if you ask me. Oh and tha battery life last for me (a very heavy user I might add) about 3 to 4 days, really good for any tech item that is constantly reading and monitoring your heart rate.

I wasn’t sure that I wanted one of these, but I had purchased one for my wife and she loved it. She insisted we get one for my birthday and I agreed. The Best Buy staff were great and helped me understand the various feature levels and cost. The larger screen is great and the band is high quality. Pairing to my iPhone 6S (yes, I am very current with technology) was quite simple and straightforward. I have really enjoyed the watch’s capabilities and I continue to learn more of what it can do. Great purchase!

Didn’t know how I’d like it in the long run but now I really notice when I’m not wearing it. The apps for health, sleep and etc are great. Love the way it lets me see my texts and notifications from my phone at a glance. I do highly recommend the Apple care plan though cause if you do anything physical such as construction, mechanics or anything like that, and you hit the glass face, be aware it is fragile. Mine is currently getting repaired for a busted glass, but with the Apple care plan it’s painless. Maybe I just shouldn’t wear it at work but it’s so helpful with my job to have timers, alarms and texts at arms length I do it anyways.

This is my first smart watch. I actually bought non nike version but realized that the other location near by me had the nike version on stock for same price (when they had it on sale). I was always hesitant to buy smart watch but once i bought it, i realized what i was missing al these years. I absolutely love my watch. All the great features like phone call and messages (when on same network), heart rate monitor, breathing, standing notifications, activity tracker, built in workout apps and nike+ run apps. Waterproofing make it even better, Got into the pool couple times with my watch (after turning water lock on) and no issues.
