The Apple Watch is the best smartwatch you can buy. It tracks your fitness well, has great app support and battery life lasts 2-3 day depending on usage. The only negative is it doesn't have native sleep tracking.

It doesn't come with the automatic sleep detection like my $300 Fitbit ionic did. But the ecg sold the product for me and the answer from the wrist is so easy. I would answer my phone on my Fitbit and yell I'm digging up my phone from the bottom of my purse hold on a moment. But the apple series 4 I can just start talking on my wrist. I love theses two features most I just miss knowing how I slept since getting good sleep is important to your overall health.

I've always thought the'smart' watches were silly and still do. I was attending a conference where it wasn't appropriate to check my phone but I was waiting for a couple important messages and needed calendar reminders to keep me on track. The watch served it's purpose but honestly, I just use my fitbit Charge for day to day tasks. The battery life on the Apple watch is less than 2 days and it doesn't have a good sleep tracker so it's just not practical in my eyes compared to what I've become accustom to. That's just my two cents.

I tried an Apple Watch a few years ago and felt it wasn't a good fit. With the series 4, I feel that they have improved a lot for me. Sometimes it can be too much stimuli to have virtually everything on your iPhone sitting on your wrist, but I toned down the watch apps and thoroughly enjoy it. It is also priceless with helping me calculate my calories and exercise. My only complaint is that there isn't an intrinsic monitor for sleep like with the Fitbit. However, you can download 3rd party apps for this

The features they tout are useless. The heartrate monitor and software are jokes and the sleep software is less functional than my wife's $32 wristband. It's not really a handsfree device as I had to touch it frequently when access features. I took it back, thank you Best Buy. I'll just use my iPhone without the watch. I might as well be disappointed in on product at a time.

The watch promises everything as told. However, you cannot get all of the apps on the watch like Facebook and WhatsApp but you still get notifications. You cannot play music on speaker on your watch you need Bluetooth ear buds to be able to listen to music. There is no calculator on the watch but there is an app you can download for it. It does not record your sleep again you can download an app for this. You do get all of your notifications regardless if the app is on your watch if it is on your iPhone. This watch is not compatible with an Android. The watch bands are hard to change at first but you get the hang of it.
