    Got one in mint condition. Brand new charger cable and a loop. 100% battery life. The only difference comparing to brand new is a paper cover on the watch and a never opened box.

    The watch came in as I expected, in excellent physical and functional condition. I had this for several weeks now, and no issues or concerns from it so far. It was a good purchase.

    The watch arrived in good condition, however unlike some of the other reviewers, this one arrived in generic packaging and had the wrong watch band (silicone instead of the fabric loop) - the online chat representative told me I could exchange just the band at a physical store, but at South Bay they said they couldn't do that unless I returned and re-purchased. Otherwise, excellent price for what's still a very capable smartwatch with good battery health.

    The watch has to be charged everyday. Still learning about all the settings. I thought I would get the watch pictured ,the band was different. Customer service would not send the correct band. Had to go to local Best Buy and they took care of it.

    Purchased this as a certified item. Received it in pristine condition, no scratches, brand new band with different lengths, and a charging cable. Battery health is 100%. I use it in theater mode all the time and getting 40 hours. It has double tap control, hypertension etc. 95% of what series 11 offers at half price.

    Unfortunately, it didn’t work out. The screen was not always responsive to touch and it would stack 2 pictures to display on the watch face. Seemed glitchy.

    This was a certified refurbished item by description only. Watch absolutely perfect. Sealed Apple packaging. Get value. I Will look to purchase the refurbished items in the future.

    The watch was shipped via FedEx. FedEx delivered the box. On checking, the bottom of the box was tampered and the watch was stolen. Two weeks on and still no resolution. FedEx rejected claim saying only shipper can claim. Best Buy asked to ship empty box back to them. Customer support advisors are always escalating but no resolution.
