It was time to update my super old Mac and I chose this one. Not being able to spend a thousand dollars+ on a new model, this is a good option. Obviously, it doesn’t have all the perks newer models offer but I feel quite happy with my “new” Mac. I use it for graphics and it works great. My old one doesn’t have a single scratch but this one came with a few scratches (I hated that). I picked it up at the store and it came in a cardboard box with a completely cheap generic mouse and keyboard (-_-) and it came with dedicated bubble wrap “protecting” it. All and all, it was a good purchase. Hopefully, someday I can get the newest one.

This computer is to replace another old iMac that is no longer supported by many online websites. We wanted an older computer to try and get one that would run our old programs. Unfortunately that didn’t work and so most our programs won’t work on this one. Should have gone older I guess. But this one is much faster than our old one but we have to learn a new operating system which is a bummer.

I got this for my girlfriend because she wanted a Mac but the new ones are too expensive. This one is refurbished and honestly works like it’s brand new, so I applaud Best Buy on that. The graphics look good, and it runs the internet and all basic programs efficiently. No signs of slowing down after 6 months of almost everyday use.

Really what more can I say it Apple, seamless accessibility to app, documents, streaming, over all it is just a better experience.

Purchased this computer for some time . It works great . I had to change my printer to facilitate it. It is working like a charm. No regrets for my purchase. I will definitely recommend this to everyone.

For the price, it’s an acceptable purchase. Bought a refurbished Mac desktop for my husband. It serves its purpose, albeit it’s quite slow.. The keyboard that came with it didn’t work properly—caps didn’t work.

So far so good. I Mac is the only computer i have ever owned. This is the first one that i bought that is refurbished. I like the Mac because all you have to do is plug it in and you are ready to go to work.

This computer serves our needs and purpose. Easy access to programs and apps. Good screen size. Clarity and color are excellent. Easy, affordable and convenient payment plan. Recommend to other potential customers. Looking to continue to purchase any needed devices at Best Buy.

Computer looks and runs like new. A huge difference in upgrade from my Late 2012 model iMac.

iMac great, keyboard and mouse are junk. Best Buy should supply a better keyboard and mouse for the price.

the device looks nice - no damage - beautiful machine. However it runs like it's on dial up. I use my computer for work so this was absolutely horrific for me. I have since bought a brand new Mac.... this was a total waste for me. Would maybe be fine for gaming... but NOT conducive to web meetings... would crash anytime I used my camera.

I totally love my iMac. I’ve been wanting one for quite a while. I’ve always had HP’s but this is so much better. I totally recommend getting the iMac (Apple products)

Totally met and exceeded my expectations. I was even able to upgrade to Ventura without a problem. The only complaint is the wired mouse and keyboard - I was hoping for Apple brand accessories.

The refurbished Mac's 5 year old chip could not keep up with their latest operating software.

Everything seemed fine. I set it up, plugged in the back up drive and set up the newer operating system. Then came my first zoom. No microphone. Hassle taking it back. Wanted $40 to look at it. Took it back home to erase everything, Then got my money back. Painful‼️
