This iMac is pretty awesome with it's fast graphics and ease of use. Even though it's a pre-owned, it has not disappointed in the way it has performed! Happy customer!

First of all this unit came to me refurbished, the screen has scratches on it, and I was trying to make it work because it was cheaper. Then started to watch Apple TV on the 5k screen and I started to see the screen flicker a lot of times during watching anything, Specially, the Internet speed is not up to the 5K compatibility the reason being is that the Wi-Fi is old generation and is not compatible to the 5k screening of media, which keeps on getting stuck even on 4K media streaming ,and this is a 7 year old technology, I got a cheap brand mouse, power cable, and the keyboard which is all 3rd class for use with this refurbished model.

Geek Squad is Great, but Apple Company has very tiny fonts throughout its operating system, emails desktop etc. Both my 24" and my 27" imacs. Wish I could get new fonts installed throughout because even with 20 20 vision it is terribly difficult to use.
