I have been very pleased with the performance of my iPad. It might not be the latest technology, but it does what I need. It really looked new out of the box, and it's performed amazingly well. It gets the latest iOS and app updates, so I'm not missing out on anything.

Great for a teenager! Bought for my son to do his commercial art assignments and it works great. I did have to go to Amazon to purchase a cover since it’s an older model but still works great.

I was a little skeptical, but given Best Buys performance in past orders I bought it, and I'm very happy I did. Works like new out of the box and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this option of purchasing an Apple refurbished Ipad, it will save you $$$

It was a seamless process getting this iPad, and it is a great buy for the price! The graphics and speed of the iPad are perfect. Apple products hold their value. Also, Best Buy's Geeksquash protection program is great. Check it out!

I have not even had this iPad for a year and it's giving me a lot of issues. I should have never brought it refurbished from BestBuy.

These were a little difficult to transfer things to from our old iPads, but that’s probably more an Apple issue than anything else. They’ve worked great, you can’t even tell they were refurbished.

My children love the product. It works great and we’ve had not software or product malfunction. It came with a year warranty incase anything did malfunction.
