It worked for 3 weeks and stopped charging. I bought it for a Christmas gift and it never even made it to my kid. I was able to activate an account on it and a week later it was useless.

The tablet dark want lighten up but I am stuck with it best buy phones and tablets are terrible trash lesson learned never again I wouldn't recommend to no one

This is the third -- certified refurbished -- item I've bought from Best Buy (all have been apple products: two computers, and now this IPad). This IPad is in perfect working order, no system, data, or physical defects and I'm sure it will last as long as the two computers I bought, many years ago. I've come to expect a quality refurbished and long last item, and I haven't bought a new / in store Apple product since I've started doing it this way.
