Came and looked completely brand new with no scratches or anything. Only downside is that I can’t connect an apple pencil to it because of the model but I think off brand ones will work!

Got it as a refurbished version and it looks and runs like its new. Only issue is doesn’t update to the lates IOS system. Which leaves somethings unavailable otherwise it’s great !

But everything has been great so far. We have been able to do any and everything on it without any issues. It was a perfect cost for my toddler who likes to watch YouTube and abc mouse.
