    Had a problem with the initial unit. Wouldn’t power up after a few months. Went back to Best Buy they sent it back to Apple andAppke replaced the entire unit.

    I have a 4 yr old son with ASD (level 3). I was looking for an apple device that wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg since my son can be rough on things sometimes. After reviewing the options over a considerable amount of time; I decided this device was the best option for us. I was NOT wrong! I’ve always been leery of purchasing anything that says *refurbished* Now, I will definitely include Best Buy’s refurbished items when making purchases in the future.
