Missing IPad

It took 3 trips to Best Buy. Finally, a very determined customer female associate worked on finding it for 45 min. She had to check on 3 different computer systems. I really appreciate her hard work. She refused to give it. I wish I could remember her. Tiffany??middle age African American at Noblesville Store.

Ipad refurbished

It came in almost perfect condition minus a few scuffs on the back barely noticeable. Easy set up and so far no issues. I was skeptical since its refurbished and the reviews were good and bad but there was only one way for me to find out for myself. I chose best buy because they have a return policy that is easy i can take it to a store if i have issues walmart and amazon had way worse reviews.
