DONT BUY! STOPPED WORKING IMMEDIATELY-WATE OF MONE

Both iPads I got for a Christmas gift and neither will charge at all. Called Best Buy and Apple and they kept telling me to call the other one. No one would help and I’m stuck making payments on these and they are useless! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

Bad battery. Don’t trust their refurbished

They refused to replace it or give a discount or anything like that on a replacement. Horrible experience

Money wasted, don’t buy refurbished

I have almost nothing downloaded on it, use it to surf the web. Of course the 1 year warranty is gone. A big waste of money!!!

Pre-owned Problem

According to "Geek Sqd", the cord may be the problem since is not an "Apple" cord! Then why did they not send an "Apple" cord when this was refurbished in Kentucky? Very disapointed in Apple/BestBuy! the preowned price was over $330 so no real break on price. Yor folke can do better
