Best Buy is the only place I shop for electronics!

After that experience, Best Buy is the only place I’ll shop for my electronics both new and refurbished! this tablet is still working great & getting so much use out of it!

It came with everything that it was advertised with. Overall, happy with the purchase.

I wasn’t planning on getting a newer version since I’m only using the iPad to watch shows and didn’t expect it to be so nice, it was still brand new after all!

Good IPAD

Possible new battery required

After only about an hour’s use the battery had depleted to 75%. My older iPad’s endurance is better. Think I’ll take into Best Buy and have them check it.

Sucked

The store did not have one for me to swap with so I ended up having to spend more money to get a brand new one! Do not recommend!

The only thing I can complain about was the sound sometimes sounds crackly so it will need to be fixed. And this happened right after the return window.
