    It wasn’t refurbished at all, it came with a cracked screen scratches all over it. I didn’t bother sending it back as the packaging it came with gotten thrown out. Just bought a new one. first time Best Buy sent out a refurbished product with out looking at it before sending it out, may have been a one off mistake.. it also loses its charge very soon..

    This was my first time buying a refurbished product and was extremely disappointed. Long story short, it didn't work. It kept on turning off repeatedly, the screen would just go black. I returned it and bought a new one.
