Came well packaged and easy to install I really really love it

Bought this to replace an older model ipad for my son. I bought the refurbished one to save a few bucks. I love this thinner, lighter version of the ipad. Plenty of storage, better camera, and faster response time. It looks brand new and as of yet, I’ve had no software issues. My son mainly uses it to surf the web and take pictures so it’s perfect for him.

I'd been putting off buying an iPad because of the cost and how quickly the products changed. I figured that if I'd never owned one it wouldn't matter where I got into the market, it would all be new to me. I went with a refurbished model - I like the idea someone else had the frustration of figuring out what was wrong with a particular item. I've had it now for about 3 months and have not had one problem with it. I feel better knowing I didn't pay the price of the hot-off-the-presses version and I finally made the leap into an Apple tablet.

I bought this Ipad for my daughter on Black Friday 2 year ago, and now it still fast and the battery hold up pretty good.

I needed an update on my tablet and discovered a bargain price with increased memory. Happy buyer.

This ipad worked great for 8 months and then died without explanation. I can't take it into my local Best Buy store to get fixed because I don't have a local store! My small-town electronics repair couldn't figure out what was wrong with it.

We needed an inexpensive Apple tablet to deploy to our field operation where we expected the unit to take a beating. In this case, this refurbished unit showed up already beaten up. The case had clearly been dropped several times, battle scared & worse for wear. We kept it because we had to have something quick but it was very rough.

I feel so pleased with myself for ordering this product. It's my old iPad only newer and better.

The original product is probably fine, but the refurbished one was terrible. Very slow and there was a bad delay when touching buttons. Returned right away.
