I bought this exact same item for my wife last November as a Christmas gift. Recently my 2013 iPad mini could no longer use the latest apps, so I bought another refurbished iPad Air 2 for me. My wife’s battery lasts all day. If I use mine for a few hours continuously it dies, and is slow to recharge. Not sure why my battery isn’t as good. I guess that’s the chance you take with refurbished products.

This was a great pickup for half the price! Ordered this for my child to use for schoolwork and games and has been a lifesaver. The case was completely unblemished and the screen was responsive. Have had no issues with the product and look forward to many more days of productive fun and entertainment on this device.

I needed an extra iPad for my business but didn't need a brand new one so I opted for a pre-owned option through Best Buy and it works perfect! Great option for those looking to save a little money or don't need all the bells and whistles of a new one!

Works great! Excellent to work with and easy to use. Long battery life. Has a very nice appearance and uses extremely little energy to charge and operate.

Seems great so far. Bought it for an elderly relative to challenge their mind with games so far he is really enjoying it.

Do not buy. A few days after I can return it, the iPad won’t keep a charge and charges so so slow and takes forever to load anything regardless if it’s internet related or not. Do not buy, do not buy. SCAM!!!

I was somewhat hesitant to purchase a refurbished iPad Air 2 but I couldn't resist the price. The product arrived quickly and looked like new. It works great, no problems setting it up and using it. I'd do it again.

There was a few scratches here and there but it runs nice so far. My biggest issue is that it charges extremely slow and dies extremely fast.
