    Easy to set up alone..thrilled with that I'm so very pleased with my new iPad for a few reasons. but i’m very upset that best buy does not have my card attached to the account now i can’t fix my ipad

    I needed to find an older iPad. This came in great condition but it did not come with the original cable and power brick. However the iPad is in great condition.

    Purchased 5 of these for work. Looked new except came with Insignia charger which would not fully charge. Had to buy 5 Apple chargers. Didn't save any buying refurbished.

    DO NOT buy anything refurbished from here. I bought 3 of these iPads plus the 2 year protection plan for extra money. They were given to my grandkids for Christmas. They lasted about 3 months before the batteries completely gave out even when plugged into a charger. Went into a store to have them fixed and was told they were too old and there was nothing they could do for me. The nearest Best Buy to me is 4 hours away and they wouldn't handle the claim over the phone so I wasted a trip.
